Dr. Eric Afful-Dadzie, the CEO and Chief Data scientist of MData, is a trained data scientist and an MIT IDSS certified Analytics and Machine Learning expert with several years of practice in academia and industry. He is a Senior lecturer at the Department of Operations and Management Information Systems, University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) and a past research fellow at McGill University Canada. He acquired over the years a thorough practical knowledge and understanding of Analytics, Business Intelligence and Machine Learning is proficient in a number of analytics tools including Python, R, PowerBI, Tableau, RapidMiner and XLSTAT. Dr. Afful-Dadzie is the brainchild behind the HR Analytics revolution in Ghana. Currently in partnership with CIHRM Ghana, KPMG, HR Network Africa to develop HR Outlook and Benchmaking metrics for Ghana. He has facilitated in-house trainings for clients such as the Bank of Ghana (BoG), SSNIT, Marie Stopes International, GPHA, GRIDCO, BOST, ABSA Bank, GCNET, Jospong Group, World Vision Canada, ACARP, Subah Info Ltd, HPW Fresh & Dry Ltd, Bunge Loders Croklaan Ltd and held public trainings for about 500 HR personnels in Ghana. An astute academic, he was adjudged the most promising researcher at University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) in 2017. He has authored a number of articles in top tier journals such as Government Information Quarterly, International Journal of Information Management, Management Decision, Applied Energy, Applied artificial Intelligence, Quality & Quantity, Kubernetes, Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis among others.
